Ben gets his computer and Mum sets up beautiful home birth
In the Jan/Feb newsletter 8 year old Ben wrote to let us know he was saving up for a computer, and sent us a photo of his treasure map...
Dad has showed me a website that has all sorts of computer parts. I've selected the computer parts then printed out a picture of them so I can stick them on my treasure map. I've prices underneath each piece so I know how much it's going to cost me.
At the moment my total is $994.60. I already have about $250 saved. Dad has made me a jobs list, if I do all my jobs for the week I get $5. I am also thinking about having a Garage Sale to sell some of my toys that I don't really use anymore to raise some more money. My goal is to get those computer parts!
Also I'm thinking about creating my own mastery club with my friends at school! If you've got any suggestions I would apprieciate it if you would let me know!

Guess what! I've finally got that computer I've been saving up for 3 years for! I bought it from Centrecom on my birthday and got it delivered on the 3/6/09.
I got it by doing paper rounds, visualizing in bed every night, my treasure map above my bed, by visiting the Centrecom website every day, with the help of some very generous Grandpas and Grandmas (and Mum and Dad) and by filling up the wood box and doing odd jobs around the house.
I even saved enough money to buy myself a desk to put it on.
A big thankyou to you as well for helping me achieve my goal.

We are homeschooling and are loving it, so the kids have more free time to "dream".
I just thought I would share with you quickly about our own personal experience with another success story based on your principals.
I was 10 days overdue to give birth to our 3rd baby. We really wanted a natural homebirth and time was running out for that to happen, so Mark and I did a relaxation session together and he told me that our baby was going to arrive that night and he gently went through a step by step account of what was going to happen when, from the time my first contraction started to the time the midwife arrived to when our baby was in our arms.
We were blown away when that night the events started unfolding exactly as we had imagined, even down to the exact time the contractions started, the time the midwife arrived, the time I got into the pool and the time our daughter "Amalie Matisse" was born. My birth room was also surrounded in positive affirmations and treasure maps which really helped to make this such a successful and beautiful time.
